Tan Dhesi MP calls out the Government's record of rising crime and police cuts-Video

London,October 2019-(Amanjit Singh Khaira)-

The Queen's Speech was shamelessly used by the Government, without a majority, for electioneering on their manifesto for law and order.

Yet they have failed to keep our communities safe for the past decade. Over 21,000 police officers, 7,000 PCSOs and 5,000 special constables have been taken off our streets across the UK and subsequently, violent crime has increased dramatically. Through these drastic cuts to our police force and public services, communities like Slough are left to pick up the pieces.

We need proper investment in our local and public services with a Labour Government to truly support our communities again.
