Air India prepares for 550th Gurpurab celebrations with ੴ ( EK ONKAR)  on the tail

A picture went viral on social media which shows Air line Air India workers putting ‘Ek Onkar’ on the tail. The picture was very widely seen on social media.

This would be the first time an Indian Airline has put a Sikh Ek Onkar symbol on their tail. People on social media praised the airline for the gesture.

The ‘Ek Onkar’ was being installed to celebrate Sri Guru Nanak Dev JI’s 550th Gurpurab celebrations. Various Indian companies have attempted to appeal to Sikhs by joining in on the celebrations of Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

According to reports, the ‘Ek Onkar’ symbol was recently installed to honor the first Sikh Guru Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
